  1. Wow! This is a really in-depth and nicely modeled project. As a Positive Psychology GOA student, I do not know much about architecture, but I can certainly see the amount of specificity and work that went into planning and executing this project. I really liked your project. To answer your questions…

    1. Yes!
    2. I really like the modern design. Do you think there is room to make it taller? Is that feasible?
    3. It looks good for my needs. Perhaps more open space indoors would be advantageous.
    4. Nice job!

  2. Hey Hollis, Great Job with your project! I love to model and something that really stood out to me was the cylinder well in the middle for the plants and natural light. I did a similar thing like that in my design with a living tree. I like how you chose to do a very modern style, but it still has a good amount of interest and detail. Amazing work throughout!

  3. Hi Hollis! Great job on your project!! Your SketchUp design looks professional and well thought out. I also like how you thought about all the different people who are going to use your building and how to best design a space to fit those needs. For your first question, I think a space like this would be great for my area and many others as it has very versatile uses. I might recommend you taking advantage of your cut out spaces outside of the building to add an outside element like a garden. I think what you have is great. Maybe you could add an common area, kind of like a library or study hall, where theres a lot of comfy chairs and desks for people to relax and socialize. Nice work!

  4. Hi Hollis. I really like how much effort you put into your 3D model. It really shows! I think the aesthetically pleasing design really helps support what your were going for with your project.

  5. Hollis, great work with your final project! The 3D models are really fantastic. I hope you are considering architecture as something to study in University because you clearly have a knack for it! You did an amazing job! This is definitely something to be proud of!
