    Hi Caitlin! I can definitely relate to this being in high school! I love the way your project was set up and gave lots of details I could learn and relate with.     I wanted to thank you for such a wonderful project. I am also high school senior going through the same stressful college process and find it unbearable. I am so happy that I have found your project and I already started using some of these gratitude practices that you suggested.
    I just wish I knew about them earlier it would have saved a lot of sleepless nights for me.

    Hey Caitlin,

    I love your project! The use of infographics, color, graphics, etc ties together so well and cohesively. Specifically this past year, I’ve felt a lot of anxiety, and knowing that many others go through it as well is very comforting. Until your project, I underestimated the impact of which gratitude can have on reducing anxiety and that makes me want to implement the strategies and practices you provided into my life. I also really like how you conducted an experiment where people implemented these gratitude practices into their life for a period of time and wrote how they benefited from it. One practice from your project that I will start implementing into my daily life is gratitude journaling. Great job!

    Really great project ! I loved the infographics and the tips you provide. You made it so simple to follow and you should try and get this project out for kids. It was so simple and no one has to feel scared that they are anxious or judged since so much can be done on your own. Fantastic project and congratulations.

    Hi Caitlin, I thought your project was very interesting. I used the journaling and I found that what you said to do was very helpful. I really think that more kids should do this. Is there anyway to get this project to kids at school?

      Hi Jackson,
      I think there is a way to get this project to kids at school. Personally, I think certain schools will have different responses to this information. Meaning, some schools will accept this idea more than others and I think other schools won’t value this information as much. I do think this information can definitely be taught during certain classes like a health class. But, since a lot of teenagers are currently struggling with their levels of anxiety I definitely think this information is needed.

    This was so well done! I enjoyed reading this. In response to your questions, something I learned about gratitude was that it can be done in many ways like journaling, meditating, verbally speaking, or through other creative means. Something I learned about anxiety is that it is on the rise in teens. Yes, i am convinced gratitude practices can help decrease anxiety, and no I don’t necessarily think anxiety in teenagers is more important now. You statistics and research were great, but I mean I’ve always known anxiety in teenagers is a big issue! And yes, I will be trying some of these practices!
